In the scheduler above, choose the new patient visit type and check the Video Visit option if it is available. If you do not see the correct option, call or text our team and we can help.

Yes. New and existing patients can schedule online using the appointment form above.
What should I bring to my consultation?
Bring any prior fertility testing, treatment records, semen analysis results, imaging, surgical history, and medication history if available.
Does the consultation credit apply toward treatment?
The $250 consultation credit may be applied toward future treatment. Our team can review details with you during scheduling or at your visit.
